We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you!
Chicloth will issue a full refund including tax and shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team directly for assistance with processing your return.
FOR ALL STANDARD SIZE DRESSES, SHOES, AND ACCESSORIES:
Chicloth will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy).
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.
* Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
* As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.
FOR ALL CUSTOM SIZE DRESSES:
At Chicloth, we understand that you may want the dress to ideal fit! To help you out, we offer custom sizing on most of our dresses. Custom sizing takes the same amount of time to make and ship to you!
A few things to remember about custom dresses:
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.
We understand that sometimes small alterations are needed, we offer limited alterations reimbursement for only our custom sizes. Simply send us a picture of your receipt from the tailor and your order number and we'll do the rest! Yes, it really is that easy!
Note: If you choose a plus size(size over US 20W) dresses, our factory has to use extra material to make the dress, so we have to charge you extra $30 after you place the order. Hope you can understand.
At Chicloth, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
Please kindly contact us within 60 days from placing your order to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.
1. Please Contact Us to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.
2. Package your items carefully and send them out through your local post office to ensure they can arrive safely.
3. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.
4. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Chicloth cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Chicloth.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours.
1. Please contact us within 60 days starting from the day you placed your order.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear and accessories (except scarves and bags).
3. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Because we are a completely made-to-order company, some of our dresses or products are not ready-made that can't be shipped in exchange for your returned items. You will need to return any and all unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy) and place a new order for the replacement items. All new orders are subject to the current turnaround times.Prior promotional pricing or discounts used when the original order was placed will not be honored for a new order.
Return shipping fees
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. And if your items are damaged, defective, or mis-shipped, full refund including shipping fees would be issued. However all shipping fees to return the item are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items, or discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
To provide additional assistance, we offer a limited reimbursement for the returning shipping fees of orders with quality issues.

Cancellation And Changes Policy
You may cancel your order or request changes to it within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund of all costs and fees.
We know that it is very important for you ordering a product for your special occasion and our cancelling policy is in accordance with this. However, it is IMPORTANT to note that some of our products are made to order, and all started from scratch (including the Standard Size). And the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind.

All orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. (not including Rush Time Orders)
All orders canceled within 48 hours(after 24 hours) will be eligible for a 70% partial refund.
All orders after 48 hours but before shipping will be eligible for a 30% partial refund.
All orders after shpping can not be canceled.
You can expect a 3-4 day turnaround for your refund once we have processed the return. Please note your bank may take additional days to process the refund on their end.
